This is a breath work session created by Emily Ray Henderson put to a mix of music by Mose and Geasong intentionally crafted to align with the energy arc of the breath work.

Alchemy of Breath is a conscious connected breathwork session that journey’s with music to increase the flow of Prana & O2 in your system. We do this to cleanse, detoxify, feel, empower, and gain more awareness. Alchemy is a seemingly magical process of transformation or creation. Trust the breath can guide you in your awakening process.

This practice is explored laying down but you can sit too. You will be inhaling and exhaling through the mouth with a focus on the inhale being full and the exhale relaxed. The KEY is that it is connected, no pause between the exhale and inhale. Tune inward and stay open to your feelings. Your throat may get dry, tingling, tetany and emotions can arise. Breathe towards all that arises. If at any time, the intensity is too strong, please relax your exhale, slow your breath, or temporarily return to nose breath.

If you have any acute health conditions with your heart, brain, lungs, eyes, or are heavily medicated, please check with your doctor prior to practicing conscious connected breathwork. Most importantly listen to your body and intuition and breathe through your nose at any time.
